🎄🐾 FESTIVE WAGGY WALK AT BARRY ISLAND! 🐾🎄

Join us for a fun afternoon of festive tail wagging walkies. Enjoy a scenic three mile circular walk, breathtaking clifftop views, and sandy Jackson’s Bay. Dress up in your best Christmas jumpers and bring the whole family!

📍 Where: Whitmore Bay, Barry Island (by the colourful beach huts)
📅 When: Sunday, 7th December
🕐 Registration: 1 PM | Walk starts: 2 PM

In the last week we have taken in 3 pregnant cats that have come from homes, not feral mums. By October we are usually finished with kitten season and definitely not usually taking in pregnant cats. Wild and feral cats tend to have their kittens over spring and summer.

We are at capacity. We simply cannot take in any more pregnant cats, Especially as these cats will need to stay with us until their kittens are at least 8 weeks old.

Kittens can become sexually active at 4 months old and un-neutered cats will reproduce regardless of whether they are related or not.

We usually try to keep this page positive, but today we feel we need to highlight the need to get your cats neutered. Please, if you have young cats, make sure to get them neutered as soon as possible. If you need assistance, please reach out to a charity. It is much easier to neuter one cat than to deal with many pregnant kittens.

We're thankful that these 3 girls are safe and warm with us, and that this will be the last litters they have.
