NEARLY THREE YEARS SPENT IN A KENNEL IS LONG ENOUGH FOR SIMBA 🐾
Simba came into rescue just before the XL bully ban and was legally exempted to keep him safe. Now, I have a chance to change his life. I need to raise funds for an expert assessment to prove he is NOT an XL bully and officially de-exempt him.
