I board guinea pigs, fully vaccinated rabbits, hamsters, rats, gerbils and mice. Fully insured, experienced and professional small pet care. I offer boarding for small pets, mostly guinea pigs, but also hamsters, fancy rats, mice, etc. They are housed in a secure and weatherproof wooden summerhouse in my garden and treated as if they were one of my own animals, with a minimum of twice daily checks
, feeding and watering as well as regular cleaning out. Rabbits will be considered if they are fully vaccinated against myxomatosis, RHD1 and RHD2, please contact me to discuss. I am experienced in all aspects of small animal ownership, care and handling, having owned rabbits for over 30 years, guinea pigs for 20 years, as well as hamsters and fancy rats in the past. I am fully insured, have an enhanced DBS check and offer a friendly and professional service, giving you peace of mind that your small pets are properly cared for while you relax on holiday. For guinea pigs and rabbits I provide cages, unlimited hay, food and water bowls/bottles and fresh green food twice daily. You can either provide your own bedding and dry food or use mine (dust-extracted wood shavings and Twitch guinea pig nuggets/Fancy Feed Bunny Nuggets or Burgess Excel rabbit pellets). For hamsters and other small rodents please provide your own cage, food and bedding. All guinea pigs and rabbits staying for two nights or more will have a free claw cut if required, and I also offer a 10% discount off my usual prices if you want your guinea pig to be bathed or groomed while they are a resident here.
