At Fleur Fauna Pet Crematorium, we believe that caring for your beloved pet also means caring for the people who love them.
We believe we may be the only pet crematorium in the UK offering a complimentary pet bereavement counselling session with a qualified counsellor as part of our aftercare.
As well as being co-owner of Fleur Fauna, Natasha is a qualified, First-Class Honours counsellor with a special interest in pet bereavement.
We understand that grief doesn’t simply end when your beloved pet is returned home. Sometimes, it’s only just beginning.
That’s why we offer this additional support to every family who entrusts their beloved pet to us.
💙Our new pet bereavement support leaflets will now accompany every beloved pet on their journey home, gently reminding families that our care and support remain available whenever they may need it.💙
There is absolutely no obligation to use the service. It’s simply there if you need it, whether that’s to talk, share memories or make sense of how you’re feeling.
We know that no amount of counselling can take away the loss, but sometimes having someone to talk to can make a difference.
Because to us, aftercare really does mean aftercare. 💜
