What a great week I have just had. The Train & Transform course run by Companion Dog Trainers Academy at Ferne Animal Sanctuary might just be the best course I have ever done. I was lucky enough to get to work with the amazing Harley for the week. Harley is looking for a home and I hope I have helped a little bit by letting her build some trust in a stranger. She is an amazing girl 😍

Held my first Recall Workshop today with these two cracking dogs. Really pleased at how much the dogs and owners enjoyed it and had fun. Huge thanks to Companion Dog Trainers Academy for the ideas & inspiration from your webinar 🙏🏼🐶😀

Dog Club is available to any dog that I have already met.

At this Recall Workshop you will practice different techniques to help build your dog's desire to come back to you. There is a maximum of 4 dogs in this one a half hour class. That means you and your dog will be working hard so we will have a short break. Weather permitting part of this workshop will be outside.

You will be using long lines so please make sure your dog has a harness for this session.

This is my boy Jimmy getting involved on the recent Medical Detection weekend. Hosted by ClickStart and run by Scent Detection Academy it was a fascinating insight to how dogs are used in Medical Detection. Jimmy got to try out some of the training methods used. He is using his nose to detect my breath scent on the carousel and being rewarded from the auto feeder - which he is definitely NOT biting in the top left hand picture 😇.
