I want to share why I chose to do an enrichment field.

Dogs don’t just need physical exercise they need mental decompression.

In the field, dogs can sniff, explore, choose their own pace, and release energy in a natural, healthy way.
This helps lower adrenaline, reduce overstimulation, and lets them settle much better afterwards.

Enrichment time offers:

🐾Calmer behaviour
🐾Better focus
🐾Lower stress hormones
🐾Confidence building
🐾 More mental stimulation

My goal is always to choose what best supports each dog’s wellbeing, and for high energy dogs, enrichment isn’t “less than” a walk it’s actually the most effective way to help them decompress and stay balanced 🐾
