🌰 Autumn Hazards to Watch Out For! 🍂🍁
⛈ Weather: Strong winds, heavy rain, and icy patches can create slippery surfaces and falling debris. Be cautious—road salt can irritate paws or cause illness if ingested.
🎆 Fireworks: Firework shells can harm pets if sniffed or touched. Loud noises and flashes may also cause fear. Walk pets before dusk and create a safe space indoors. Check our Bonfire Night video for tips!
🍄 Mushrooms: Keep an eye out during walks—some mushrooms can upset your pet’s stomach or be toxic if eaten.
🍫 Sweets & Chocolate: With more treats around, make sure they’re out of reach. Chocolate—especially dark—can be dangerous to pets.
🌳 Conkers & Acorns: These can cause choking, blockages, and stomach upset. Avoid them on walks.
