As a breeder, one of the most important aspects of our programme is having the support and back up of the right professional people….. Your producer, vet, farrier, dentist and physio are as dedicated to your herd as you are, all with us at the drop of a hat when needed.
As TGCA breeder of the year 2026 and having been awarded TGCA Assured Breeeder Award this year, we are constantly pushing and thriving to be the best that we can. So, when I found out that our vet had been shortlisted for Baileys Feeds ‘Vet of The Year’ I was over the moon!! You have no idea how close, as a breeder, you have to work with your vet - I'm sure Steph gets sick of me and my endless questions, calls and messages at times, but any time of day or night she is right there!!! Steph has been our vet for many years but this is her first year as an independent vet, out there doing it on her own so to be shortlisted in her first year is an amazing achievement. It's not easy managing a young family, new business and big herds like ours.
Congratulations Steph, after all your years of hard work and dedication you so deserve this!! We’ll all be voting for you. We are very proud of you and to have you as our vet.
If my followers could vote I'd be very grateful, honesty Steph is the best, please give her a vote👌🏻 https://www.facebook.com/share/1KGk5en4SJ/?mibextid=wwXIfr
The voting for the 2026 Horse & Hound Awards, in partnership with NAF and Agria, is open until 5pm on 16 October
