💚 Important Information 💚

☀️ Heatwave Update & Staff Holidays ☀️

I’m sure many of you have already guessed, but due to the high temperatures forecast this week, we’ve made the decision to close our Public Park & Bakery on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

The welfare of dogs and always comes first. Even with our pools, shaded areas, and additional precautions, the temperatures are simply too high for safe play and it’s far too hot for staff & staff dogs (Bonny’s fuming) 🐶🌡️

This closure may be extended into the weekend depending on the forecast, and we’ll keep everyone updated towards the end of the week.

🏡 Private Park Bookings
Our Private Park will remain open, and bookings can still be made as normal if you’d like to visit at a cooler time. If you’re planning a visit, you’ll receive an email with all the information you need. However, please make sure to check the temperatures before travelling and only visit if it’s safe and comfortable for your dog 💚

🌤️ The good news is that Sunday and next week are currently looking much cooler, so why not get your bookings in now and treat your dog to some much-needed fun after being cooped up during the heatwave? 🐾

✈️ On a separate note, I (Louise) will be on holiday from 24th June – 5th July, but Joanna (my Mum), Laina, and Janet will all be working as normal, so it’s business as usual with just a few small changes:

📱 Social Media Messages
Social media messages won’t be monitored until I get back. For any park bookings, enquiries, dog treat orders, or general questions, please visit our website or call/text us on 07359 742174.

📞 Phone Calls
Calls will be monitored Wednesday–Sunday, 9am–5pm. If we’re unable to answer, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

🎂 Dog Cake Orders
Any new dog cake orders that haven’t already been arranged won’t be available until after 7th July. If you’d like to place an order for after that date, feel free to send a message as normal and I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m home.

Apart from the heatwave adjustments, everything else will continue as normal, and I’ll look forward to seeing you all again from 7th July! 🐶💚

🐾 A dog never died from missing a walk, but a walk in extreme heat can be fatal.

Happy Spring everyone! We hope you’re enjoying the weather as much as we are ☀️

We have some Easter themed treats left over if anyone would like to grab a bargain to be delivered today (or any day this week) in Guisborough or Great/Little Ayton or collected from our shop at Posh Paws Adventure Park 🌳

This weekend we will be stocking our mystery Easter boxes which will be available for collection at Posh Paws Adventure Park 🌳🐣

All we can say is…they definitely have treats inside (along with some other things) and they would be worth £8 but are selling at just £6. If you’re attending our Easter Extravaganza event, you’ll receive a further discount (details for this event are on the adventure park page) 🪺

I met my soulmate when I was…7 🐾🫶🏻

14 years later and Bonny’s life has created a whole purpose. Her legacy will go on forever through the Posh Paws name, but she will always be the reason 💞

As of 4pm today, we are then closed for the Holidays!🎄Back as usual Wednesday 7th January

Please note our Private Field is still available to book over this period minus the bank holidays, so if you look to book on our website, it will tell you which days are available 📆

We still have a small amount of Christmas stock left available to buy in our store if you’d like to grab some last minute Christmas shopping for your pooch (or make a start on it depending on how organised you are 😂)
We are doing deliveries between 4pm - 6pm this evening around Great Ayton & Guisborough, so if you’d like anything, send us a message and we can add you to that 🚚

Otherwise, we’d like to thank you all for making this the best 7 months our business has ever seen and supporting us in our expansion to the wonderful dog park we now have. Have a lovely Christmas everyone. We look forward to welcoming you all back in the new year! 🎆
