It might seem premature to talk about spring, but our fellow gardeners will know that we have to think ahead. In honour of Treworgey's 50th year, Linda has just ordered 2500 daffodil bulbs! So, early next year you can expect an even bigger explosion of yellow and gold on the drive up to Treworgey and elsewhere around the farm and cottages.
Did you know, Treworgey used to be a flower farm (before our time)? Daffodils grown here were sent on the train up to London and sold in the market at Covent Garden!

Is it time to light the fire yet? We've had a beautiful autumn so far with golden sunshine most days, but today has been wet and blustery, and suddenly a cosy fireside seems irresistible.

A meal at the beach - an excellent way to either start or end a day in Cornwall! For breakfast, pick up a coffee and pastry in Looe and take it to Looe beach - lovely and quiet first thing in the morning. Or for supper, take a camping stove and some local sausages from our honesty shop, or pick up fish and chips on the way.
