🐾 A Little Reminder About Appointments 🐾
Unfortunately, we've had several no-shows and last-minute cancellations this week.
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. All we ask is that clients give us as much notice as possible if they can't make their appointment.
When a dog doesn't turn up, that appointment time has been reserved exclusively for them. In many cases, it's too late for us to fill the slot, meaning valuable time is lost that could have been offered to another client waiting for an appointment.
This week alone, several hours of appointment time were lost due to no-shows and late cancellations. As a small business, we simply cannot absorb those costs indefinitely.
To help protect our team's time and ensure appointments remain available for genuine bookings, we have updated our website to include our full Booking Policy. By booking an appointment with us, clients are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions. We kindly ask that all clients take a few moments to read and familiarise themselves with the policy.
