My girls always sleep together. Venice peacefully…Penny like a fitting hippo.

Sleep is so important to all dogs. The type of bedding they have should be warm & comfortable and allow them to stretch out. It should also support their weight, just like us.
For some breeds, like huskies, they need plenty ventilation so they’re comfortable.

Dogs need lots of sleep, lucky them!
Puppies especially!

I also believe in having more than one bed area. Choice is important.

How does your dog sleep? Post your pictures below.

Another day of progress.

Nala on a busy high street. Learning about automatic doors, loud noises and lots people means to remain steady. We are hoping Nala goes on to become an assistant and support dog for her human who has MS.

Kingston, what a boy. Working with stooge Fagan. The first time he’s been off leash with a dog he doesn’t know. His recall held well, the long line is off and his social cues were brilliant.

Samson, off leash at the Helix. He’s getting steadier. Still has to get guidance about his pesky impulse control.

All these dogs share one thing in common. They’re all rehomed at a young age. During adolescence as they were too much for their previous homes. Nala was in a foster who had helped her make the transition.

As their trainer, watching each of them improve is so rewarding.

Ted…he wore orange today, to play with the ridgeback you must become the ridgeback.

Ted is a great wee dog I’ve been helping with.
One of Teds issues was being quite badly attacked by a dog in the woods. This makes him wary meeting new dogs that look remotely like that dog and also being in the woods he is hyper alert.

We’ve been working through this. Today we done a dog session, I’d rather use my dogs for this as they trust worthy (and do love a flirt)

Ted done really well. Sleep well Ted 🤣🤣🤣
