🎃👻 Halloween is creeping up on us! 🐾🧡

With the 31st just around the corner, here are a few important reminders to help keep our beloved pets safe!

🍫 From keeping chocolate and sweets out of reach, to being mindful of Halloween decorations and helping nervous pets feel safe, there are a few little things we can do to make Halloween enjoyable for everyone.

🐾Take a peek at my poster for some handy pet safety tips, and remember — if you suspect your pet has eaten something toxic, contact your vet immediately.

Let’s keep Halloween full of treats, cuddles and happy tails, rather than unexpected trips to the vets! 🧡🎃

Feel free to share to help keep our furry (scaled and feathered!) friends safe this spooky season!

🐾 Need someone to keep your dog company while you’re out? 🐾

This evening I spent 4 hours with the lovely Rodney while his owners enjoyed an evening out. 🥰

Pet sitting in your own home can be a great option for dogs who struggle with being left alone or have separation anxiety, but it’s also perfect if you simply know you’re going to be out for longer than your dog would be comfortable with.

Rather than leaving them alone for hours, I can come to your home and keep them company in their own familiar surroundings. ❤️

Depending on what your pet needs, I can provide:

🐶 Plenty of company and cuddles
🚶‍♀️ A walk or some exercise
🍽️ Feeding and fresh water
🎾 Playtime and enrichment
💊 Medication if required
🏡 Reassurance and companionship while you’re away

And of course, your pet gets to stay at home, in their own comfortable environment, rather than being somewhere unfamiliar.

Whether you’re heading out for a few hours, have a long day planned, or have a dog who finds being left alone particularly difficult, Creature Comforts Pet Care can help. 🐾

📍 Based in Heighington & covering local villages and Lincoln

A house/garden visit today for Eric and Rambo as Eric is on orders to ‘rest’ from his vet! A difficult challenge in itself for Eric! ❤️

We enjoyed some time together in the garden making the most of the sunshine! Eric had a little sunbathe and Rambo did some lazy yoga! ☀️

🐾 It’s that time again… Creature Comforts Companion of the Month! 🐾

And this month’s winners are…Winnie & Daisy!

These two have kept me thoroughly entertained with their tennis ball shenanigans and antics this month! 🎾 From chasing, fetching and generally causing chaos, they certainly know how to have a good time!

So, Winnie & Daisy — this one’s for you! ❤️

Congratulations, girls!

🐾 A fun Tuesday at Creature Comforts! 🐾

First up: Raymond — affectionately nicknamed Raymondo! Started the day with this lovely boy! ❤️

Then came Harvey — always happy to see me! Especially when it’s time for treats after his walk! 😋

Next up: Eric & Rambo — a house visit filled with plenty of cuddles… and LOTS of kisses from Eric! 😂

Then it was Daisy & Winnie — these two are absolutely obsessed with their tennis balls! Fetch, fetch and more fetch for the entire visit! 🎾

And finally… back to Raymondo! Because one visit just wasn’t enough today. 🥰

A lovely mix of walks, visits, fetch, cuddles and plenty of happy faces.

Another day, another bunch of happy pets! 🐾💚

🐾 A little thank you & a small favour 🐾

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has taken the time to leave Creature Comforts Pet Care a review. ❤️

Every lovely comment, recommendation and review genuinely means so much to me and as a small local business, they make such a difference. They help potential new customers feel reassured and confident about choosing me to look after their much-loved pets! 🐶🐴🐰🐱

If I’ve looked after your pets and you’ve not had a chance to leave a review yet, I’d be incredibly grateful if you could spare a couple of minutes to share your experience. ⭐️

There’s absolutely no pressure — but if you’ve been happy with my service, your feedback really does help my little business grow! 🥰

Thank you, as always, for supporting Creature Comforts. Every booking, recommendation, kind message and review means more than you know. ❤️🐾

🐾 A busy day at Creature Comforts! 🐾

No two visits are ever quite the same! Today has included 🐶 dogs on lead walking, off lead adventures, garden play, plenty of rolling around and even a paddle!

Plus some very cute 🐰 rabbits and 🐔 chickens… including one clever girl who’d laid an egg! 🥚

A little glimpse into just how varied a day of pet care can be! ❤️
