Poppy left us on Sunday ...we miss her sleepy face. I could just watch her for ages 🤗
Hetty has arrived ! And gets cuter everytime we see her...we're enjoying her company so much and the kids love it because its the only time football is allowed in the house as hetty loves it! ⚽️⚽️
We've been spoilt with our Summer boarders! There's still some availability for October and November! 💓✔️
And pawsome walks with Fred, Tigger, Dexter, Tiggy and cookie and Simba 🐾🐾

A Little Message to My Lovely Clients 🥰
Whether you’ve used me once, or you’re with me every single day, I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU! ❤️
I know I say it all the time, but I really am so incredibly grateful for every single one of you. Every booking, big or small, helps keep Bex&Barks going, and I honestly appreciate it more than you know. 🥹❤️
And a special thank you to all my regulars for being so understanding and accepting the reduced number of walks over the summer holidays. Being self-employed, a mum to two under-10s, juggling five heatwaves 😂 and having my mum poorly has been tough — but you’ve all made it so much easier with your patience, kindness and understanding. 🥹❤️
We’re officially back to normal from next week until 23rd October! Phewww! 😂🥰
If you have any holidays or dates coming up between now and then when you won’t need me, please just let me know so I can keep my diary up to date. 🗓️

Whilst I’m on “walk leave,” I thought I’d do a little boarding post! 🐾
It’s been a mad, crazy summer filled with so many beautiful dogs, and we’ve absolutely loved having them all stay with us! ❤️

One of the ways we help settle dogs when they first arrive is by taking them straight out for a walk. This helps burn off that initial excitement and energy, allowing them to come back to our home feeling tired, relaxed and ready to rest and sleep. 💤

It also helps reduce the chances of any little accidents on the carpet! 😆

Once they’ve had a good walk and some time to decompress, they quickly learn that our home is a safe, calm place where sleepy naps are very much encouraged. 🥰

This is Milo and Rex on their first day with us. They’ve boarded with us before, but Milo was only a little pup back then! 🐶 After a morning of so much fun we are now back to enjoy some much needed chill time.
Just look at how settled they are now — happy, content and completely at home ...on the cool floor! ❤️🐾

Fantastic week so far..Cool enough for some good walks! The only soggy dog so far has been Tigger from her swim today! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️
Last time we visited soggy dogz , She wasn't confident to start with and managed a good swim right before our time was over ..
This time she's smashed it with no life jacket! Over and over again! Very proud 👏

The best way to say goodbye to heatwave no.5 is to go have fun! Simba left us and we welcomed Tigger..so pleased it's cool enough for walks with the family. And soooo great seeing Tiggy&Cookie again !!

I'm due back at work tomorrow and of course, yet again!...the temperatures are far too high to be out safely after or before a certain time ( VERY early...or VERY late , especially tomorrow) Thank you for all understanding why I will not walk in this heat 🌞

I am back my usual days next week ( with childcare !!except Wednesday!) So fingers crossed we get a full week of fun walks in! And Tigger is boarding!
But for now you can enjoy some photos of Simbas stay and Dexters garden visit 🥰💓

What a week! The weather has certainly kept us guessing, but we managed! 🌞

Something new for me this week was being trusted to collect two pups I'd never met before from their kennel stay and get them safely home in time for their owners returning from holiday. It's such a lovely feeling to be trusted with something so important. 🥰
I also had to say goodbye to the gorgeous Razzy. 💓😢

It was great to spend the afternoon with Winnie , who joined Simba on a walkies!
And to top it all off, I got to see Luna twice today—double the cuddles and double the love! 🥰
I'm now off on leave again, but I'll be back next Thursday and Friday.
As always, thank you all so much for your patience and understanding during the Summer Holidays. It means the world to me that you've supported me while making sure my family's needs are being met. I'm so grateful for each and every one of you. ❤️
