Heatstroke is REAL…. WE SEE IT! It is a life threatening emergency and with the temperatures and humidity levels currently in Lincoln it can be fatal.

PLEASE do not walk your dogs in this heat… it is too hot for them to handle.

We’re the first smile you see when you walk through the door… and sometimes the last voice you hear on a really difficult day.

Behind the desk, there’s so much more than meets the eye.
We juggle phones that don’t stop ringing, coordinate busy clinics, manage the unexpected, and somehow keep things running when it feels like chaos.

We see the happy moments—new puppies, wagging tails, excited purrs, and proud pet parents.
But we’re also there for the hard times—the worry, the tears, the goodbyes.
We comfort, we reassure, we listen.

We celebrate the wins with you and support you through the losses.
Through it all, we do our best to greet every person and every pet with kindness, compassion, and a smile 💛
