Policy Update – Please Read

Last‑minute cancellations, no‑shows and late arrivals have had a big impact on my ability to run Big Paws efficiently. Because of this, I’m introducing a new policy:

🔹 *ALL* appointments now require a booking fee of £15.00 which will be deducted from the cost of the grooming service
🔹 Booking fees are non‑refundable for late arrivals, no‑shows or last‑minute cancellations

This change ensures my time is respected and helps me continue offering a reliable service to all clients. Thank you for your cooperation.
