We’re looking for dog trainers and trainee dog trainers to join the Trident Elite team in the East Midlands 🧡

This is a hands-on role working with residential training dogs and family protection dogs, alongside our experienced training team.

Trainee trainers are welcome too - you don’t need years of experience behind you, but you do need to be willing to learn and ready to put the work in.

If you’re serious about making dog training your career, we want to hear from you.

Or DM us for more information.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to dog training.

The reason? Because the same behaviour can have completely different causes.

A dog pulling on the lead may be overexcited, lacking guidance or struggling with focus.

A dog that won’t recall may need confidence, motivation or clearer communication.

That is why our 1-2-1 sessions are tailored around your dog, your goals and your lifestyle.

Our trainers work with you to understand the challenge, build a practical plan and give you the tools to continue the progress at home.

Because effective training starts with understanding the individual dog.

1 hour — £80
1.5 hours — £115
10 sessions — £550

🏠 Home visits available from £120

International Dog Day 🐾

Feels like a pretty fitting day to celebrate what we do!

We spend a lot of time teaching dogs, but the truth is, they teach us alot too.

Every dog we work with is different. Different personalities, different challenges, different little wins - and that’s what makes the job so rewarding.

We’re incredibly lucky to work with so many dogs and their families, and to be part of their journeys, whether that’s helping them overcome a challenge, build confidence or simply become the best version of themselves.

So today, we’re celebrating all of the dogs we’ve had the pleasure of working with - and the people who trust us to be part of their journey 🧡

Happy International Dog Day!

Meet Saint 🤍🐾

Saint is a beautiful Samoyed who stays with us whenever her family are away from the UK. So while they’re out of the country, Saint gets to spend time with the team, with plenty of top-up training along the way.

She’s become such a familiar face around here and is very much part of the team. We all absolutely love having her around 🧡

And just look at those paws… 🥹

Meet Luna… 🐾

This gorgeous 6-month-old Belgian Malinois has been staying with us for some reactivity training, and it’s been lovely getting to know her.

Here’s a little snap from earlier this week, taking a well-earned break in the shade. ☀️

Luna was very happy to settle in her place, ears up and taking everything in around her. There’s something very cute about her little head tilt! 🥰

She’s been working hard during her time with us, so moments like this are just as important — learning to switch off, settle and simply relax in different environments.

We think she looks pretty happy with herself here! 🧡

Meet Bohdi… I mean, honestly, look at him! 🥹🧸

It’s been really fun getting to know this little guy. Bohdi has been staying with Meg, one of our experienced trainers, as part of our Deluxe Puppy Package.

The home stay means Bohdi gets to learn in a real home environment, alongside plenty of one-to-one training, helping him build those important everyday skills that will set him up for life outside of training.

We’ve been working on some of the basics, including toilet training, settling and building good habits, while also giving him lots of opportunities to experience different environments and real-life situations. Because ultimately, we want to help you raise dogs you can take anywhere ✅

Bohdi has our hearts and has been so much fun to work with. He’s such a sweetheart, and we think he might have already managed to wrap a few of us around his little paws! 😉

Here’s a little look at Bohdi enjoying both his time with Meg and his sessions at the facility 🧡
