🐶🎉 Puppy Party 🎉🐶
Our Puppy Party last week was a success 🥳🙌🏼
We had multiple lovely pups in who thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Hosted by nurses Fern, Fiona and Daisy, each leading a different ‘station’ offering their expertise, advice and answering lots of questions 🩺
Each puppy had an individual health check in the consulting room, where topics discussed included; dental hygiene, neutering, and how to get your puppy used to being examined from nose to tail 🐕
Moving over to the scales, each puppy was individually weighed and given a body condition score. Here they discussed nutrition, feeding, alternatives to high calorific treats, and exercise. The puppies then moved through to the prep room, and kennels to have a good sniff around, and positive recognition of these rooms in the practice 🐾
Over the other side of the waiting room was the fun station (so the puppies showed us). Snuffle mats, treat puzzles, filled kongs, and play time, it all happened over here! Discussions over the importance of socialising, basic training and recall were all covered and it was great to hear owners sharing their own recommendations too 🐕🦺
