Bucks country show 2026!! What a fantastic day, despite the rain! 🌧️🐄🐴🐾 Our Farm Animal, Equine and Small Animal teams came together to meet clients and the public, with games, competitions, refreshments (including iced lattes! ☕) and merchandise.

It was great to see so many familiar faces and cheer on our clients competing successfully in the dairy beef and sheep classes . 🏆👏

🐑FLOCKMASTERS TALK🐑

Come and join us for our next flockmasters meeting where we will be discussing Haemonchus (aka The Barbers Pole worm) as well as how to utilise the Animal Health and Welfare Pathway funding before it ends next year!

We will also be discussing current situations such as Bluetongue and are available on the phone or at the Thame Sheep Fair for anyone wanting advice.

🐑 THAME SHEEP FAIR 🐑

Next week we’ll be at the Thame Sheep Fair!

We will be offering 1/2 price faecal egg counts again so please do bring your samples down. We’ll run the samples there and then!

🐑Recent Sheep Case🐑

This lady got herself into a bit of trouble with a gate and managed to fracture her leg. Go to the comment section to see the before video!

Vet Sophie attended and after assessment, opted to put a cast on!

6 weeks later, cast removed and her leg is fully healed! She’s now ready to go back out with the rest of the flock. Success!!

🐮Beef Club - First 2026 Farm Walk🐮

Pepsal End Farm is an innovative mixed farm with arable crops and a Pedigree Hereford suckler and bull breeder herd.

We will be having a guided visit by the farm manager, followed by a discussion about multivitamin supplementation in cattle.
