📢📢 Appointment update 📢📢

Unfortunately, due to quite a few people not turning up for appointments or cancelling/rearranging at the last minute, I’m going to have to put a cancellation policy in place.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and appointments need to be changed — I really do! But when it’s last minute, I’m usually unable to fill that space, which means I lose out on that appointment.

So going forward:

🐾 **48–24 hours’ notice** – 50% of the groom cost will be charged
🐾 **24 hours or less** – the full groom cost will be charged
🐾 **No-shows** – the full groom cost will be charged

Any cancellation/no-show fees will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked.

I’m also going to start taking **non-refundable deposits** when booking appointments. Don’t worry, this will simply come off the total cost of your groom when you come in 🥰

I really don’t like having to put these rules in place, but unfortunately it’s become necessary to protect my time and my business ❤️
