“I just want to say a heartfelt thank you for your understanding as we’ve been dealing with this heatwave. Because of the extreme temperatures, the grooming room has become too hot once I use the dryer, making it unsafe and uncomfortable for the dogs. Their comfort and enjoyment of the groom is always one of my top priorities. I’m so grateful to those who have helped me reschedule, as well as those who have adjusted their grooms to keep things safer for the dogs. I do want to let you know I’m a little backed up at the moment because I’ve had to push some appointments back. I’m doing everything I can, with industrial fans and all adjustments, but sometimes it’s just blowing hot air. Please know that your dogs’ safety, comfort, and enjoyment will always be my top concern. Thank you so much again for your patience and support.”
