Teddy is a great example of how different poodle crosses can look – every one has their own unique appearance and personality!

When Teddy first started coming to me, he wasn't a fan of having his paws handled or the hair dryer. With patience, consistency and lots of positive experiences, he's grown in confidence with every visit. 💙

Watching dogs like Teddy learn to trust the grooming process is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Well done, Teddy – you've come such a long way! ✂️🐶✨

Zeus may only have one eye, but that certainly doesn't slow him down! This sweet little Shih Tzu is full of character, loves a fuss, and was an absolute pleasure to groom. Looking as handsome as ever, Zeus proves that being different just makes you even more special. 🥰✂️🐶

Handsome Milo after his fresh groom! 🐾💙

Milo recently had to visit the vets to have a grass seed removed from his paw, so this time we've gone a little shorter on his legs and feet to help reduce the risk of it happening again.

🌾 Grass seeds can be surprisingly dangerous at this time of year. They can work their way into paws, ears, eyes and even under the skin, often requiring veterinary treatment to remove.

After every walk, take a few moments to check between your dog's toes, around their paw pads, ears and coat for any grass seeds, especially if they've been in long grass. Catching them early can save your dog a lot of discomfort.

Milo was an absolute superstar as always, and we're wishing him many happy (and grass seed-free!) adventures! 🐶✂️💚
