I am home from a wonderful week in Northumberland with Otis 🐕 and now looking forward to the week ahead! I have personal training sessions, fitness classes, a Pony Club rally and Horse Riding Simulator sessions booked in 🏇 🥳

I’ve opened up a few more spaces on Zeus for this Sunday 18th October and also Sunday 22nd November, as both dates had sold out! 🤩

A fantastic day yesterday doing CPD at the Train Your Seat Pelvis Diploma at EquiMotion in Staffordshire. 🐎 I completed this course many years ago, but it was so great to have some reminders and learn new skills too. I also finally got to meet Alysen, who has been training me for many years from Canada 🇨🇦

We had some classroom based learning along with some unmounted embodiments and practicing riding and teaching on the Racewood Limited Simulator.

Thank you to Sarah for hosting and lovely to meet the other attendees; Melanie, Matilda and Dominique. I’m gutted I could only make it up for one of the five days, as it was such a great day 🙌💓

📣 FINAL CALL FOR THIS SATURDAY 📣 at green_lane_equestrian! Come and join me in the lovely indoor school at Green Lane for a Rider Biomechanics clinic 🙌

⭐️ We’ll be working on all things rider position based and improving the way of going for both horse and rider.

➡️ Sessions can be working through a specific issue or just improving the overall position of the rider.

🏇 Some of the issues Hannah can help with include:
- Unsteady hands
- Collapsing to one side
- Tipping forward in the saddle
- Twisting in the saddle
- Stirrups feeling uneven
- Toes sticking out
- Giving clearer aids
- Sitting heavier on one seat bone or further to one side
- Stiffness in the rider
- Lack of stability from the rider
- Uneven rein contact
- The list is endless!

⭐️ MORE EXCITING NEWS! ⭐️ I’ve very kindly been offered to use this Racewood Limited Dressage Simulator in Hannington, Northamptonshire.

The Racewood Dressage RDA Simulator has so many features!🐴 On Zeus you can:
➡️ Complete a rider assessment - sensors in the seat, legs and saddle provide feedback to Hannah
➡️ Ride through a Dressage test
➡️ Practice Dressage movements including leg yield, shoulder in, half pass, pirouettes, piaffe, passage etc
➡️ Improve your riding position using Hannah's rider biomechanics techniques
➡️ Go for a hack
➡️ Ride around the zoo

Sessions are 45 minute long and cost £60.
