Sometimes, you just have to start over again 🐾✂️

When a coat is heavily matted, the kindest and safest option is often to remove the matting and start fresh. It’s not about taking shortcuts — it’s about putting your dog’s comfort and welfare first.

A fresh start means we can work towards getting the coat back into good condition and keeping it comfortable and manageable between grooms.

This was Enzo’s first time at Shampooch and he was such a good boy 🤍

I’m currently enjoying some time away and won’t be back in the grooming parlour until 22nd August. I’ll reply to all messages as soon as I’m back.

I also still have a some outstanding bank transfers for July and August. As payment is required on the day of your appointment, please could anyone with an outstanding balance arrange payment as soon as possible.

A £5 late payment charge will also apply to overdue payments. Unfortunately, no further appointments can be booked, and existing appointments may need to be cancelled, until outstanding balances have been settled.

‼️PLEASE READ. This is a reminder of my late payment policy since 2023‼️I’m having a large increase of bank transfers not being paid before pick up or even on the day of appointments!
Last week I have had 9 customers that still haven’t paid 😏 Appointments will not be rebooked in until payments are paid in full, including the late payment fee of £5.
