BE OPEN AND HONEST WITH YOUR GROOMER.
We had an incident at the salon today,a large dog became dangerously aggressive towards us.The groom was abandoned, the owner was asked to collect his dog,he expressed surprise at the dogs behaviour. As we considered this dog to be a danger to groom we privately informed local groomers of the dogs name and description (many groomers work alone)...It turns out that this dog has done the rounds and has not been wanted as a repeat client.
If your dog does not like his/her nails clipped,feet touched,face held etc ,your groomer needs to know.INFORMATION IS POWER.We can usually still groom your dog and work with you to try and correct their behaviour, we can offer bite size appointments (excuse the pun!) so your dog is less stressed .Most importantly ALL BITES THAT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION HAVE TO BE REPORTED BY LAW BY THE DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL THAT TREAT THEM. Bites can be prevented by the honesty of owners,groomers can then take the necessary precautions to protect their selves.

IMPORTANT NOTICE .. ... ................ Hi I'm really sorry but all appointments are cancelled for this week as Francine is very poorly.
She is mortified at cancelling but can't even stand .
