It’s now day 723 of rain 🫠😂 if someone could communicate with the world that it is infact June and whilst we needed some rain, some dry weather would be nice now, that would be great 🤗

It is a well known fact that Cybi does not like the rain 😂 she actually seemed pretty happy when we first set off, but it didn’t take long for her frowny face to come out 🤣 on the plus side, we didn’t see a single person or dog so we were able to have a lovely relaxing stroll in our own little world 😌

Poppy also wasn’t too enthusiastic about walking in the rain, which is very unlike her 😅 she was using a variety of things as an umbrella, including some leaves 😂 and she took up residence in the birdwatching hut leaving me to stand out in the rain 🤣

Bert & Ruby didn’t mind the rain at all though 🥳 both were running around all over the place as per usual and again, we had the park all to ourselves 😌

Wishing my pride and joy, Nosa, a very happy 6th birthday 🥹💜 I’ve had Nosa since a foal so to think she’s now 6 years old is absolutely wild 🙈

She pretty much has every penny that I earn each month, so I’m very grateful to you all for supporting my little business so that I can live out my childhood dream with my girly 🙏🏼💕

Well…today was a bit of a washout wasn’t it 🙈😅 was not expecting 1 storm nevermind 2 storms 🤣

This mornings group was the most perfectly timed walk to ever happen! Effy, Minnie, Etta, Toby & Ruby had a fabulous time at the nature reserve (despite all of their faces (except Effy’s) saying the opposite 😂) we managed our full walk and managed to get dried off and back in the van just in time for storm 1 to hit 😬

Ritchie was the luckiest with the weather as it had all blown over by the time I picked him up! We had the park to ourselves and the sun came out - perfect 🤩 he still managed to get soaking wet by rolling around in the very wet grass 😂

Poor Bert drew the short straw 🙈 the second storm started when we arrived at the park and it didn’t take long for the heavens to well and truly open and we both got drenched 😬 Bert thought it was fantastic though and was running round “singing” in the rain with his squeaky ball 🤣

Lily definitely caught up on the missed sniffs from yesterday! Nose to the floor the whole walk 😂

Effy & her friend enjoyed a trip to the park 🤗 they founds lots of sniffs in the woods and Effy of course had a paddle in the brook 😊

Etta was full of beans on her walk! We went to Wistow where she had great fun bouncing through the grass and even went for a paddle which is something she wouldn’t usually do on her own! She did get very muddy though 🙈😂

Ruby joined our lovely lab today 😊 the girls had a wonderful time at the nature reserve 🌳 lots of sniffs to explore and our lab was keen to show Ruby her favourite part of the stream to run up and down 😂

It doesn’t really feel like this morning was part of the same day as this afternoon 🤔 talk about a 180° turn in the weather!

Lily was not very impressed with the showers during her walk 🙈 normally she’s not that bothered but there wasn’t much sniffing today - more of a “let’s get this over with” attitude 🤣

Guinness & Holly definitely drew the short straw 😬 it absolutely chucked it down, so much so I had swimming pools in my wellies 🤣 luckily, the girls are water babies so they were quite happy running around getting drenched 😂

Luckily the car heaters managed to dry out my wellies in time for Koko & Bella’s walk 🙏🏼 Bella was super up for it in her new coat 😎 Koko must have been jealous because she really wasn’t feeling it today either 😬 Koko & I enjoyed some cuddles whilst Bella was off on her sniffari ☺️

Ruby is having walks with us for 2 weeks 🥳 so today she buddied up with Bert, who took great pleasure in showing her round his new favourite park 😌 Ruby did enjoy her tour, especially her own detours to find squirrels 🐿️ but she wasn’t so keen on the part of the tour where Bert splashed her in the water 😂 he celebrated his actions by going for a swim and then shaking right next to us both 🫠😂

Finally, Ruby enjoyed her afternoon stroll ☺️ she normally has a morning walk so was nice to see she’d woken up a bit in time for the afternoon 😂 we had a lovely relaxing sniffy stroll in the sunshine ☀️

Friday fun day 🙌🏼

I took the pugs to a walk I found on All Trails a few weeks ago as it wasn’t far from their house. It had definitely grown a lot since I was last there 😅 Audrey, Barry, Georgie & Paul all enjoyed exploring somewhere new though, even if they got buried by the crops that were growing over the public footpath 😂

Cybi, Dave, Holly & Toby were all ready and raring to go for their group walk! There was a handful of other dog walkers there which was gave us the chance to put our recall training to good use! Everyone was exceptionally well behaved 🥳 Cybi & Toby had a very enthusiastic game of chase and Dave & Holly both enjoyed a good swim 🏊🏽

Effy and our lovely lab had a fabulous time at the same location ☺️ they enjoyed a paddle and plenty of sniffs. Effy also had a great time rolling around in the grass 😊

The weather gods are looking down on us this week - rain whilst we’re driving and glorious sunshine on our walks 🥳

Poppy enjoyed a trip to the nature reserve with some much more successful ball retrieval in water this time 😂

Scout & I visited a park we’ve not been to for ages! He sniffed every inch of the place and made friends with 2 doggies on route 🤗

Bert & Murphy had a blast at the park! A lovely swim in the stream and of course chasing each other round for 80% of the time 🤪

Somehow me managed to dodge every single shower today!

Effy & her friend loved running around the fields at the park together and then sharing sniffs through the woods on the way back to the van 🌳

Etta loved her trip to Wistow! She made friends with a little Shih Tzu and the pair enjoyed zooming round after each other 🤪

Buddy & Maisie were ready and raring to go! We went to the nature reserve where Maisie boinged around all over the place, including in the water drenching me and Buddy 😂 Buddy had a much calmer approach to the walk 😌

Murphy and his Labrador friend also enjoyed a trip the the nature reserve 😊 they both had a paddle and Murphy had a swim too! We played some sniffy games midway round as they were both a bit hot and bothered 😅
