Riders — want to feel stronger, more balanced and more effective in the saddle?

Come and join me at Foxton Equestrian Centre for a Rider Performance class designed specifically for riders.

We’ll work on the things that matter in the saddle — strength, mobility, balance, posture and body awareness — so you can develop a more independent seat and communicate more effectively with your horse.

No fancy gym equipment. No punishing workouts. Just rider-specific movement that you can actually feel the benefit of when you ride.

I’m really excited to be bringing my Rider Performance classes to Foxton Equestrian Centre this September!

These classes are specifically for riders, combining movement, Pilates and elements of my Equanimity framework to help you develop your body awareness, balance, mobility, strength and coordination.

We’ll look at how the way you move and use your body can influence your position and effectiveness in the saddle, with practical exercises you can take into your riding.

There are 4 classes in this block. I’m away on 15 September, so there won’t be an in-person class that week, but you’ll receive a recorded virtual class. This is a great opportunity to revisit the fundamental aspects we’ve worked on in weeks 1 and 2 and consolidate those skills before we move on.
