Happy Great Review Friday Everyone!!!😁 And this weeks review highlights what can happen when clear instructions and practical demonstrations along with enthusiastic owners come together.

"We took our two year old cocker spaniel to Richard for some lead work. Richard is a very skilled trainer and had Moby walking beautifully very quickly. He then gave us very clear and useful instructions on how to implement this ourselves. A few weeks later he’s like a different dog."

Welcome one and all to another Great Review Friday 😀and this week is the review given by Bertie's owners who were being attacked by their own dog, which was far from ideal. After booking a behavioural consultation, I took a history and devised a programme to reduce the conflict in the home and produce a happier dog!!!

"Rich and I would like to thank you for your help, advice and support with Bertie.
He has been an absolute star since our last session, and I think we are definitely turning a corner with him.
Kind Regards
Jayne and Rich."

Wishing you all a great Bank Holiday Weekend!!!😀 and here is a review from one of my behavioural consultations.
“Overall, Rosie continues to be so much more calm, very happy in her walks, holds her own when other dogs approach or are nearby and is actively controlling any anxiety or rapid reactions to noises at home. Indeed, as I type, the garden doors are open, she is sitting looking out, a neighbouring dog is barking and other than a low throat grumble to start with she is now simply alert and attentive rather than in 'fighting' mode.
We are also doing 10- or 15-minute routines in the house / garden to keep Rosie's brain active and are so impressed by Rosie's work rate, but more so, very grateful for your advice and support. It's made such a difference.
We've still got lots of development to do and as we go along are discovering and trying new ideas and making sure we are consistent and talk to each other about keeping commands simple and 'clean'.”

Wow What A Week!!!!😀
This week our Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme class had their examination and I was so proud of everyone making me look very good in front of our KC examiner Christine.
Becky and Lola the Silver Labrador breezed through their Gold Award with Ben and Louis the Flat-Coated Retriever, William and Tiffin the Airedale Terrier and Ronnie and Echo the Border Collie achieving their Silver Awards as well!!!

Welcome to another Great Review Friday and what a scorcher it is 🥵
"I contacted Richard after having problems with my Australian Labradoodle pup eating stones - a dangerous new habit that I knew we had to stop!
He quickly gave me some great advice about why he may be doing this, and with a few small changes, I am happy to report that this behaviour has, on the whole stopped.
Thank you for your knowledgeable and swift advice."

Another Great review Friday for you all and I hope you all have a great weekend 😀
"Richard was great!
Our Flat coated retriever, although small for a flattie doesn’t lack strength and was pulling like she was a husky dragging a sledge. We’d tried many things and couldn’t get to grips with it.
Richard was able to give us great instruction and demonstrated how to solve the problem. By the time he left he had taught both us and Willow how to behave. We’re trying to be as consistent as possible and it’s working out really well. She’s learnt so quickly and not pulling our arms out of the socket anymore.
Richard knows how to treat different breeds in different ways depending on circumstances.
He comes highly recommended from us. 😊🙏"

Happy Bank Holiday Friday everyone!!!😀
We had a very successful week with everyone achieving their Kennel Club Good Citizen Dog Scheme Award including two Golds, One Silver and four Bronzes. Everyone put in the extra work in the last few weeks to produce this great result. I will obviously miss those that have reached their Gold, but cannot wait for next week to get everyone through their next level.
Hope you all have a fab weekend!!!🥵☀️

Welcome to another Great Review Friday 😀, I hope you all have a lovely weekend!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Richard
His knowledge and the way it was delivered was both interesting and helpful
I rescued two dogs and they came with problems
But. With Richard’s help and guidance things improved and keep going forward
I know it takes time
But. We’re on the right path
If you are looking for a dog behaviourist/ trainer
I would highly recommend Richard
Can’t sing his praises enough

Thank you for your help and continued support
