🌸 HOLIDAY MODE! 🌸

I’m officially on holiday now and will be back to work on Tuesday 18th August! ☀️🐾

I’ll be having a proper little switch-off, and some much needed proper family time not just tea and bedtime so messages will take a little longer to be replied to while I’m away. 💕

While I’m off, I’ll also be going through my diary and getting the rest of my working days for 2026 organised, especially with me going away at the end of November and Christmas creeping closer! 🎄🐶

Now… time to put the work phone away and enjoy some family time! 🌸☀️🐶

LS15 Dog Grooming is now Sully’s Dog Grooming! 🐾

When I first bought the Business from Emma, i kept the name exactly the same so it made the transition easier for the clients, It did the job well as it was in the exact area! but over the years my business has become so much more than just a location. It’s become a huge part of my life.

So many of you have been with me through different chapters,watching my business grow, supporting me when I became a mum, cheering me on through the highs, and trusting me with your amazing dogs every step of the way. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

I wanted a name that felt more personal. Something that represented me, rather than a postcode.

So, Sully’s comes from my surname, Sullivan. It’s a name that feels like home, feels like me, and feels like the right way to move my business into its next chapter.

Although the name and logo have changed, everything that matters is staying exactly the same. The same one-to-one care, the same patience, the same familiar face, and the same love that goes into every single groom.

Thank you to every single one of you who has supported my little business over the years. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or you’ve only recently found me, I appreciate every booking, recommendation, comment and share more than you’ll ever know.

I’m so excited for what’s next to come and I hope you’ll love this new chapter as much as I do

A little update from me… 🤍

Very soon you might notice a few changes around here like a new name and a new logo👀

This has been something I’ve been working on behind the scenes for a while and it feels like the right time for a fresh chapter. It’s still me, with the same love and passion for what I do, just with a new look that feels more me

I can’t wait to share it all with you. Thank you for being here and supporting me every step of the way.

Too hot to handle!!

As you all know it’s wayyyy too hot for our furry friends this week and unfortunately I’m making the decision to only groom in the mornings this week due to the heat in the salon and outside!

Some of my clients walk to me and after mid morning it’s way too hot for our pooches to be out walking for their appointments. Plus the salon isn’t air conditioned so the equipment is getting hot quicker making it harder to get the quality groom your dogs deserve. For your dogs and even my safety I’ll be shuffling appointments !

I think I’ve got in touch with everyone this involves for this week but this will also apply to any other mega hot weeks coming in the summer! I’ll always put your dogs first even if you think they’d be better with a hair cut… the 1-2 hours with me would be dangerous. I hope you all understand and enjoy the nice weather safely!!

Keep cool , walks early am and late pm if needed, stay hydrated, get some lovely pictures 😁

🌸🐾 **A Friendly Reminder for All Our Doggy Families** 🐾🌸

As the weather brightens and gardens come into bloom, it’s the perfect time for outdoor adventures with your pups. But many common garden flowers — and even some popular seasonal events — can pose hidden dangers to our furry friends.

🚫 **Flowers to watch out for:**
Some beautiful blooms are unfortunately toxic to dogs, including:

* Tulips & daffodils (especially the bulbs)
* Lilies
* Foxglove
* Bluebells
* Hydrangeas
* Azaleas & rhododendrons

Even a small nibble can cause symptoms like vomiting, drooling, lethargy, or worse — so it’s always better to be cautious.

🎉 **Seasonal events & risks:**
Spring and summer events like flower shows, Flower picking events, garden festivals, weddings, and even local markets often feature these plants in displays or bouquets. Dogs may be tempted to sniff or chew unfamiliar flowers in new environments, especially when they’re excited or curious.

🐶 **How to keep your dog safe:**

* Keep a close eye during walks in parks and gardens
* Avoid letting your dog chew on plants or flowers
* Be mindful at events where floral displays are within reach
* If you’re unsure about a plant, it’s best to steer clear

💛 If you ever think your dog has eaten something they shouldn’t, contact your vet right away — quick action can make all the difference.
