THE POWER OF MICROCHIPPING

We reunited this little lady with her owner after 8 long years of been missing 💖😥. It was only due to her having a microchip that we were able to trace her owners and let them know that we had her and she was safe. Her owner said she had gone out one day, as she usually does, but never returned 😥. They feared the worse and after trying to find her for a while, they decided to never get another cat in case this happened again as they were so heartbroken! There were smiles and tears all round as they were finally reunited again after all this time.
We cannot stress the importance of making sure your pets chip details are correct and upto date. It is also now a legal requirement for all dogs AND cats to be chipped.

Having worked closely with Sheila and the amazing team at Cat Action Trust 1977 Leeds for many years, we were very saddened to hear of her passing.
Please take a look at their page/website if you are thinking of adopting a cat or could offer a space for a long term foster/short term placement. They are in a desperate situation.
Thankyou ❤️

💔We have had a cat brought in this morning who has sadly been in a road traffic accident and has passed away💔
He is an all black neutered male, no collar or chip. He was found just off Wetherby Road near the Montessori nursery.
