IMPORTANT UPDATE - PLEASE READ

Unfortunately we've had a lot of people not turning up to appointments recently, so just a reminder that our No Show/Late Cancellation policy is that the full appointment price is payable before we can rebook. This is the same as many small businesses, beauticians, hairdressers etc.
Our outgoing costs have increased, same as all businesses and we cannot continue to operate if customers don't attend their appointments. We also have people who would love an appointment, but are unable to book because the diary appears to be busy.

At the moment, we pay an awful lot of money for text reminders sending out, so we will look into whether it makes sense to continue with these reminders.

Finally, we haven't increased our prices for a couple of years, so there will be a small increase to prices from April 2026.

As always, we thank you for your continued custom and support. We love our furry customers like they are our own and appreciate it takes a lot to entrust them to us for their pamper.

We've just been advised by our Castleford vet that there's a terrible gastro/tummy bug doing the rounds and lots of dogs have been admitted needing to be on a drip. Hopefully it's not something that affects us locally.
Please can we ask if your dog has been poorly, please do check with us whether it's ok for them to be groomed.
