A kind reminder please

We don’t charge for cancellations as we know there’s lots of different reasons for this and we understand but if you can let us know before 7:30 am on the day that would be really helpful especially on a Tuesday as that’s our ultimately busiest day.

We have turned people down as it’s too busy or had them on standby waiting for a cancellation.

We plan the day best we can every Morning at 5 am between myself and Paul , who’s best with who , times , distances , volume, where to walk safely etc …

Then we sort out the keys and get the vans ready after the borders have been seen to , who are included in the day best we can

Then at 7:30 Paul’s sets off for his first pick up and I’m not to far behind and we usually start walks at 8 ish and finish about 2-3 pm no breaks no stopping just one focus Dogs Dogs Dogs up to 30 dogs a day between 2 vans and sometimes 5- 6 walks a day.

So it can be pretty full on most days

But we love it

So please if you can give as much notice as possible for cancellations it’s really appreciated ❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶.

Please all if you know of anyone that can help fans

One of our customers has an emergency situation and they need to find a temporary for their dog.

Through nobodies fault he’s not getting the attention he needs

It’s a situation that until the family knows the outcome it may need rehoming.

We are helping this weekend but from next week onwards we need to find alternative accommodation with a loving family who have the time for a large breed dog

He’s called Buster , he’s 6 and he’s a Boxer , American bull dog cross. We used to walk him and we can vouch for how lovely he is and great on walks and housetrained he just needs some fine tuning on other issues , but her very intelligent and learns Quickly.

Obviously we can’t let him go to anyone so that’s why the family have asked me to help and hopefully we can find the right person together to help with Buster.

If you know anyone or share this post please let me know or thanks for sharing.

We have tried other avenues as well for him like rescue places.

Hi all

This could be a very long winded message but I’ll try to keep it brief

From now on we are not taking deposits for future boarding bookings for at least a year.

Reasons : It’s complicated

So we are going to try something else and hopefully it works.

We will take a booking ( please no bagging of high season time if no holiday booked )

And if you have to cancel we need at least 1 months notice.

If you don’t cancel within the month or near the time you booked we ask for 1 nights payment as a loss of earnings fee pending the circumstances of cancellation etc.

Future bookings may be jeopardised if a Good Faith cancellation payment is not made.

We like to go with trust and understanding.

Anyone paid a deposit prior to this announcement still stands and will be deducted from your final tally.
