We’re so excited to welcome Karolina to the Grooming Lovely 🤍🐾

Karolina has a genuine love for dogs and a real passion for making their grooming experience as positive, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

When she’s not surrounded by dogs, she’s a mum and dog mum, and loves hiking, nature, art, exploring and travelling 🌿🐶

She has two much-loved show spaniels, who she loves to keep beautifully hand-stripped, as well as a gorgeous Swiss Shepherd.

We’re so pleased to have her joining our team and can’t wait for you and your dogs to get to know her.

It’s more than just a groom. 🤍🐾

At Grooming Lovely, we’ve intentionally created our salon to offer a calmer, more personal grooming experience for every dog.

We’re a multi-groomer salon, but our setup means your dog still gets that 1-1 experience — their groomer’s full attention, their own dedicated grooming room and absolutely no cages.

We also carefully plan our diaries to minimise crossover between dogs, helping to keep the salon calm and reduce unnecessary distractions and interactions.

Because we know that every dog is different. Some love the buzz and excitement, while others feel much more comfortable with a quieter, more predictable environment.

We want every dog who walks through our door to feel safe, comfortable and cared for. 🤍

I’m so excited to introduce Karolina, who will be joining the Grooming Lovely team from next week! ✂️🐶

Whilst I’m enjoying my maternity leave, Karolina will be with us Tuesdays & Saturdays helping us keep up with demand.

✨ Saturday appointments are now available over the coming weeks! ✨

Still only a puppy, and she did so well for her groom with Nicola! Her ears are still a bit of a battle 😅, but we’re taking it one step at a time. She’s such a sweet, lovely girl, and it’s a pleasure watching her grow in confidence with every visit. ✂️✨

We’re currently enjoying our newborn bubble and soaking up every precious moment. 🫶🏼

👉 This used to be 50%, but now:
No shows / late cancellations = full payment before rebooking

Please note we now require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments

Missed slots impact our business & other customers waiting 💛

We’re also reviewing our text reminder system as it’s becoming very costly. We will keep you posted.
