Tilly just embracing the pure joy of a good run 🥰🐾

But watching this back in slow motion is fascinating. Just look at the amount of force those joints absorb with every single stride — the flexion through each joint as it takes the weight, followed by that incredible power driving through the hindquarters.

You really don’t appreciate the biomechanics of a dog’s body is until you slow it right down. Absolutely amazing to watch. ❤️🐾

I don’t think I’ve ever been so thankful for a bit of rain! 🌧️ After all that hot weather, these cooler days make it much more fun for the dogs (and me)🥰
