⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Unfortunately, after receiving last-minute cancellations in just three days, I feel it is necessary to make this policy very clear.

From now on, payment will be charged for any missed appointment or cancellation made outside of the required notice period.

Both of these cancellations were for 2-hour appointments. When cancellations are made at the last minute, there is simply not enough time to fill those spaces, resulting in a significant loss of income and wasted business hours.

This policy is not new and has always been clearly stated in my terms and conditions. However, given recent events, I am making this public reminder to ensure there is no misunderstanding going forward.

Please respect that my time is reserved specifically for you when you book an appointment. Last-minute cancellations don't just leave an empty slot—they directly affect my business.

Thank you, your support and understanding are genuinely appreciated.

A little reminder to all my lovely clients today. It’s HOT out there, and the humidity is making it feel even warmer for our dogs

Please keep walks shorter and cooler where possible, avoid hot pavements during peak afternoon heat, and make sure your pups have plenty of fresh water and shady spots to rest 💧

If your dog seems extra tired, panting heavily, or reluctant to walk, listen to them and keep things calm today.
