We recently received a review that raised concerns about our pricing, promotions, and approach to customer feedback. While we respect everyone’s right to share their experience, we also feel it’s important to provide some factual clarification.

🐾 Our weekend sessions start from just £20 per booking (£18 weekdays or £27 1-3 car option) . The £30 price mentioned applies to our 1–3 car booking option, allowing multiple vehicles to attend under a single reservation.

🐾 Despite increasing operating costs, we have held our prices for the past two years to help support our customers through the cost-of-living crisis. We remain highly competitive with other secure dog parks in the area, including many that offer considerably smaller spaces.

🐾 The promotional code referenced in the review was issued with clear terms and conditions. Unfortunately, due to misuse, the offer had to be withdrawn earlier than planned.

🐾 We genuinely welcome feedback and constructive criticism. Customer suggestions have helped shape Woofing Woods into what it is today. We simply ask that feedback is delivered respectfully and based on accurate information.

Due to demand, we’ve made a small update to our Tuesday 16th June social meets!

🐶 6.30pm – Small & Medium Breed Social Meet
🐶 8.00pm – Medium & Large Breed Social Meet

Don’t worry if your dog isn’t a specific breed listed before — mixed breeds are absolutely welcome too! 🐾

The aim is to create fun, balanced groups based on size and play style, giving everyone the best experience possible.

✨ Important:
• For socialised and friendly dogs only
• Not suitable for reactive or nervous dogs
• These are social walks, NOT training sessions
• Maximum 8 dogs per group

Expect plenty of sniffing, exploring, woodland adventures and new dog friends 🌲

After reviewing bookings, I have identified multiple uses of the code outside of the dates and times clearly stated in the original offer. Unfortunately, this means the promotion has been taken advantage of beyond its intended purpose.

I genuinely enjoy offering discounts and special promotions to my clients as a way of giving something back and helping make sessions more accessible. However, for these offers to continue, they need to be used fairly and within the terms provided.
