Come along with me for a very long day in the life of a pet sitter and newly graduated physio 🐶🐱⚽️🩺
One of my clients’ children asked me to make a ‘diary’ video, so here we are! Not my usual kind of post, but I actually really enjoyed putting this together! It’s a long one, so get comfy 😂 🍿
A 5am start, a lot of animals, caffeine to keep me going, physio at a football match and somehow still had the energy to meet up with friends that evening 🙈
This day was a pretty good representation of my life at the moment - balancing building my career as a newly graduated physio alongside my pet sitting business, although not normally this busy!
I spent 10 days looking after Ginny (the cute little pooch) and it was so lovely to see how much she came out of her shell. She made huge progress with her worries about other dogs and male humans and I’m so proud of how far she’s come 🥹🤍
Ginny was left for longer periods on this day than I would usually leave a dog in my care, but this is completely normal for her as she is used to being left for these sorts of periods by her owners. She was absolutely settled and not bothered in the slightest (and clearly had a lovely evening meeting my friends afterwards 🥰).
Safe to say, I was ready for that sofa cuddle by the end of the day too ❤️
Very long day. Very tired. Very lucky 🐾
