Our little daycare family is growing, and this week we’d LOVE to find our next four-legged member.

If your dog loves making friends, exploring, playing and getting plenty of attention, they might feel right at home here.

Our structured daycare isn’t about dogs running around non-stop all day. We create a balanced day built around the individual dogs in our care, including:

🐾 Carefully matched social groups
🎾 Play and enrichment
🌳 Adventures in our private secure field and woodland
😴 Proper rest and downtime
💜 Lots of individual attention (and cuddles!)
🚐 Pick-up & drop-off available
⏰ Flexible 8, 10 & 12-hour daycare options

And before any dog joins us, we’ll carry out an assessment to get to know them and make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

Autumn has officially arrived at The Doggie Stop and we’re here for it 🍂

Crisp mornings, cooler walks, crunchy leaves, muddy paws and dogs living their absolute best lives running through the field 🥹

There’s just something about this time of year that makes our days feel extra cosy, especially when everyone comes back inside ready for a cuddle and a well-earned snooze 💜

And you know it’s officially autumn when the wellies are out of hibernation! 😂🥾

Here’s to muddy adventures, woodland walks, wagging tails and all the cosy autumn days ahead. We think this might just be our favourite season at The Doggie Stop. 🍂🐶💜

Our hearts are a little heavier this week💔🐾

This weekend, we had to say goodbye to one of our very special Doggie Stop family members, Bobby.

Although his actual name was Bobby, he was much more commonly known around here as Bobs or Bobby the Boston 💜

Bobby was 10 years old, but honestly… you’d never have known it. He had the energy of a puppy and never seemed to stop! 😂🐶

He was such a funny little character and would exaggerate absolutely everything. And his reactions whenever he saw us were always the biggest and best. You couldn’t help but smile when Bobby was around.

Dogs like Bobby become such a big part of our lives. We see their personalities, their quirks, their favourite things and all the little things that make them them.

And when one of them leaves us, they leave a space that feels impossible to fill. 💔

We’ll miss your big reactions, your endless energy and your funny little personality more than you’ll ever know, Bobs.

One less job for you. One very pampered dog for us 🥹💜

Did you know that your dog can have their grooming appointment while they’re already enjoying their day at The Doggie Stop?

Instead of making a separate trip to the groomer, we can fit their groom into their daycare day, meaning they can play, socialise, have a snooze and get a little pampering too. ✂️🐶

And because they’re already with us, it can make the whole experience much easier for both you and your dog.

Even better, daycare dogs receive £5 off their grooming!

We offer 1-1 grooming, with the option for other dogs to be present if your dog benefits from a little distraction or positive company.
