Welcome to the family Casper. So poor Casper was rescued and he was extremely matted. In my 9+ years of grooming I’ve never experienced anything like this. He was so happy to have those matts shaved off he couldn’t stop licking me to tell me thank you so so much. Bless him. Totally different dog!!!xx
