Just a couple of updates:

🗓️ My opening hours are changing from the end of September, starting Monday 28th

📔 Diary is open until the end of December so please get booking as the next couple of months is filling fast!

📱 Please be paitent if I don’t reply late evenings / early mornings / Sundays. It’s been super busy lately, I’ll get back as soon as I can 🙂

⚠️ SEVERE WEATHER WARNING ⚠️

Thank you for your understanding & flexibility for moving your appointments earlier up until Saturday this week! (Fingers crossed 🤞 it stays cooler next week)

I completely understand the panic of wanting our pooches short during this heat but it really is dangerous from the afternoon for them to be travelling to & from. It’s not worth the risk & they will be absolutely fine & more comfortable at home 😊

Please bare with me if you’re trying to book an appointment as I am very busy trying to squeeze as many in a small amount of time per day cheers to Mother Nature ☀️🥵

As the temperatures are suddenly rising again in this upcoming week, please note a few appointments may need to be juggled around.

I really don’t want to disappoint by having to reschedule so if you have an appointment next week, please let me know if you can come any earlier from 8am before temperatures rise significantly ☀️🥵

❌ There will be no cancellation fee if you’re wanting to reschedule to a cooler day ❌

As the summer arrives, unfortunately this does mean that Grove Road becomes even more busier than it usually is since the parking charges down the beach is rather expensive - I understand it can be a right pain to park! 😅

However, please could I kindly ask to avoid blocking neighbours drives when dropping off / picking up as much as possible so they have full access at all times 🚗

Good morning! 🐾

It seems summer is finally here, at least for a week 😆 but this applies all throughout summer so please read.

As the temperatures are creeping up rapidly for the next 5 days to 25 degrees + please understand that whilst I’m doing the best I can at keeping the salon cool with luke warm baths, heat off the dryer the best it can, fans & a cool bowl of drinking water on hand, your dogs safety comes first meaning some appointments may have to be rescheduled if I feel the room is not keeping cool enough 🥵

I understand no appointment wants to be rescheduled, so if any of you can this week that have an appointment with me come in earlier from 8am before the heat of the day, please let me know ☺️
Please also don’t walk your dogs to me in this heat!! Keeping them cool & calm is key 🐶🐾

Also been super busy with the house move over the past week but starting to settle in well 🫶

It’s my birthday on Thursday & then we are going away Friday 20th - Monday 23rd March.

Therefore, I will be spending the weekend away from my phone, the service also won’t be great so messages will be responded to right up until Thursday & then back to normal from Tuesday 24th 📔🐾

I don’t like to have to do this but..

Payments - I know it’s easily done to forget when busy, but please can I kindly ask that bank transfer payment is now done either during grooms or during pick up as unfortunately I’ve had quite a few outstanding payments the past couple of weeks & understandably, I don’t like to chase 🫣
If easier, I do also accept cash
