🐑🐄What a great day we had at Holsworthy Show yesterday!

It was lovely to spend the day at the show, catching up with familiar faces and meeting new people.

We especially enjoyed a song from the fantastic Hummingbirds 🎶- a real highlight of the day!

We appreciate that with the current Bluetongue situation and the persistent dry weather, we haven’t had worms at the top of our list for a while.
However, we are starting to see some high worm egg counts and the weather forecast will escalate egg hatching and mass emergence of gut worms.
Please be vigilant for ill-thrift, weight loss / reduced DLWG and anaemia (pale mucous membranes of the eye). You may not see diarrhoea…
Now is a good time to start monitoring using faecal egg counts - a how to video for accurate sampling is attached.
