Our booking system has had a wobble this evening. It changed times for bookings.
Can users tomorrow please refer to their original booking email to check the time they booked as this will be correct.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience.

This has also led to some duplicate bookings which I will now have to contact and ask people to change as obviously we do not have shared bookings.

Hi, thank you for your support over the last few weeks in this unusually hot weather, and thank you for being sensible and keeping away from the heat of the day with bookings.
As many of you will have noticed I've not changed the gate code for the field for some weeks as there has been an issue with the timings of the reminder emails. This issue is still unresolved though our web designer is on the case. I would be interested to know what times you are all getting the emails as the system is showing them being issued at 6pm in the evening.
However, I have tonight changed the code and tonight's reminders for tomorrow will show the new code so if you have a booking coming up please check the night before to see the new code.

I have to advise you that due to increased costs, for the first time in three and a half years, we have increased the charges for booking our field with effect from any new bookings made from today. Existing paid for bookings will not be affected.

We would have liked to continue the charges as they were but we have to pay increased costs for cutting the field in diesel and labour as well as other maintenance and inflation.

We have only increased the charge by £1 for both the individual car booking and the two car booking.

We hope you will understand that as with everything these days costs have increased and we hope you continue to support us and we thank you for your support over the last three and a half years.
