‼️NO SHOWS / LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION‼️
My cancellation policy states that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are still payable.
As many of you know, I work on a 1-to-1 basis, meaning I specifically clear time and space for your dog. When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, it’s often too late for me to fill that slot, even though I usually have dogs waiting for appointments.
This isn’t a hobby for me—it’s my full-time job and my livelihood. No-shows and unpaid last-minute cancellations have a real impact on my business and income, which is why my policy is in place.
I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I always try to be fair where I can. However, I do ask that my time and policies are respected.
A huge thank you to all of my lovely clients who turn up, give plenty of notice when they can’t make it, and respect my time. Your support means the world and is hugely appreciated. ❤️
