This week we’re shining the spotlight on our midfield pocket rocket, Jake Sangster! 💨

Jake is the definition of energy and commitment — constantly driving us forward in attack while never forgetting his defensive responsibilities. His engine just never stops, making him a huge asset to the team every single game. 👏

Having been with ESG for around 7/8 months, Jake has quickly become a massive part of our Whites squad and the wider ESG family. His positive attitude, constant smile, and genuine care for everyone around him make him one of the most popular characters at the club. ❤️

Whether it’s on the pitch or off it, Jake always brings the energy and makes sure everyone is doing okay — the type of teammate every squad needs. 🙌

🐾 Happy National Tabby Cat Day 🐾

Today we’re celebrating our one-of-a-kind girl, Mabel 🤎

Equal parts loving, affectionate, demanding, weird, and full of personality — life would be far too quiet (and far less entertaining!) without her. From her quirky habits to her cuddly moments, she keeps us smiling every single day. 🥰

Jake’s little shadow and best friend — following him everywhere like a tiny, furry bodyguard… while somehow still keeping her brother Marley in check like the boss she clearly believes she is 😄

We don’t know if we own her or if she owns us — but either way, we wouldn’t have it any other way 😄

Here’s to our beautiful tabby queen 👑 — never change, Mabel. We love you just the way you are. 🐱✨

Messages like this mean the world to us! 🥰

One of our regular customers was due to go on a family holiday however days before they left, one of their crew decided to get up to some mischief and gave themselves a right sore one. He needed medication and their owner was really anxious about leaving him. 😥

On our first visit you could tell he wasn’t himself but he took his meds like a proper champ and enjoyed all the extra TLC. 💪 ❤️‍🩹

We kept their owner updated regularly with videos and photos to see the progress which gave them peace of mind to relax and enjoy their well needed family break. ☀️

On their return home we received the below message 🤗

‘That’s us home. Thanks so much for taking such good care of them, I was so nervous to leave 🐱 and would have probably cancelled if it had been anyone else looking after him. He is so much better, can’t believe the improvement in him. When I left last week I was fully expecting to get news he needed to go back to the vet during the week so I am so glad he seems back to himself 🙂 ‘

We are so glad they were able to enjoy their time away with peace of mind their 🐱 was in safe hands. 🙏

Especially after the brilliant Race Night E.S. Galaxy 2017s organised on Saturday. 🐎 🍻

But thankfully the sun is shining which always helps so up and out on early morning visits! ☀️

******MISSING FROM KINNAIRD********

Our friend’s cat Hugo has now been missing from Drover Round, Kinnaird since Wednesday 8th April. He is a very friendly and chatty bengal with distinctive markings. He is also chipped and neutered.

There was a reported likely sighting of him on the waste ground area at the back of Alex Watters Crescent / Moss Road area two days ago (16/4/26) in the morning.

They are desperately wanting him home. Please can everyone check sheds and garages as he is so curious and may be disoriented being so far from his usual stomping ground.

If there are any sightings, please let me know asap and I can pop along straight away.

A blanket of his has been left in this area also now so it would be a familiar scent for him.
