A little life update… I’m officially a dog mum! 🐾

Meet Sam, the newest member of our family, the 2 of us has finally became a 3!🥹 We weren’t necessarily planning on getting a puppy just yet, but when the perfect litter came along, it was an opportunity we couldn’t miss😆

So if I message about making a small change to your appointment, finishing a little earlier, or needing to pop home to check on him, that’s the reason why!🥰

A little reminder regarding appointments 💕

I completely understand that emergencies happen and sometimes things come up unexpectedly. Because of this, I will usually let a missed appointment slide the first time.

However, if you fail to attend your appointment without notice, any future appointments will require full payment upfront before booking.

As a small business, no-shows have a huge impact on me. That appointment time has been reserved especially for you, and when it’s missed, I can’t fill that space at short notice.

Sorry for the moan, but unfortunately no-shows don’t pay my bills. Thank you to all my lovely clients who always turn up, communicate, and support my business. I really do appreciate you all. ❤️

🐾 Holiday Notice – August Availability 🐾

Just a little bit of advance notice for all my lovely clients!

I’ll be away on holiday from 1st August, returning to work on 17th August. After I return, I’ll only be working for 10 days before taking another long weekend off (28th returning back on the 2nd of Sept), so availability during that period will be more limited than usual.

If your dog is normally on a 6–8 week grooming schedule, you may wish to either stretch their appointment slightly longer than usual or book in towards the end of July so I can accommodate you before I go away.

The 10 working days after I return will be very busy, but I’ll be doing my best to fit everyone in and accommodate where I can. As always, booking ahead is recommended to avoid disappointment.

🐾 Just a little notice for all my lovely customers 🐾
With the heatwave expected next week, I’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather and temperatures each day (it's England and can change in an instant🤣🌧️). Unfortunately, as there is no air conditioning in the shop, if I feel it is too hot and unsafe to carry out grooms comfortably for the dogs, I will be contacting customers to rearrange appointments.
Your dogs’ wellbeing always comes first, and I don’t encourage bringing dogs out in extreme heat unless absolutely necessary.
Thank you all for your understanding and support during the warmer weather ☀️🐶 Please make sure your pups stay cool, hydrated, and safe! 💛
