Evening all, George here, a regular at Hest Bank Kennels.
I’m here most weeks, sometimes only one day a week, which gives my Mum some time out, so she can get all her chores done at home.
I always try and help her with the cleaning, vacuuming, and so forth, but I seem to get under her feet more than actually help.
I’m a good boy, really!
Mum drops me off first thing and I’m taken to my individual kennel by the lovely staff. There are other dogs to say hello to and make my presence known to all!
Once the boarding dogs have all been fed, and their kennels cleaned, we are taken out for some fresh air and exercise.
I’m brilliant with other dogs, and help newcomers settle in, I’m a playful and a sociable soul!
We have time to snooze in our beds, or watch the staff busy looking after all the other dogs in day care or boarding.
The day goes so fast, and before I realise, Mum collects me from the reception area.
She’s given feedback on my day, even though she can see I’m a happy boy, and love every minute I’m here!
All the staff know me so well and look forward to seeing me each week.
