🌏 It’s World Mental Health Day today 🌏

💚Sadly due to the hugely emotional environment we find ourselves in, in the veterinary world, poor mental health can sneak up on us🩺 for anyone in the veterinary profession Home - https://www.vetlife.org.uk/ is here for you 💚

💚Losing a pet is an extremely difficult time and to any client who is finding life hard please feel free to contact https://www.bluecross.org.uk/pet-loss-support 💚

💚For all our farming clients we know how isolating, demoralising and exhausting farming can be. Please be aware of Mental Health Farming Charity https://www.thedpjfoundation.co.uk/ 💚

❤️Asking for help is so important! We here at Aeron will be more than happy to sign post you to who best to talk to❤️

💕So on a day like today, make time for the small things that will bring you happiness. Finally catching up with friends, abandoning the washing and having a long bath instead, or just taking your lunatic cockerpoo to the beach💕
