🐾 We’re incredibly excited to introduce Stuart, who will be joining the Your Family Vets team in just a couple of weeks as a veterinary surgeon, working alongside Phil and the rest of our wonderful team.
With 12 years of experience in practice, Stuart has worked across Yorkshire, the North East, Australia and New Zealand. He recently completed his BSAVA Certificate in Internal Medicine and has a particular interest in ultrasonography, endoscopy and cardiology. As someone who lives locally, he is looking forward to caring for pets and supporting owners within the community.
One of the many benefits of having Stuart join the team is his ability to assess and investigate many cardiac cases in-house, including performing heart scans. This will allow us to provide an even broader range of services to our patients and, in some cases, reduce the need for referral elsewhere.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time outdoors, especially walking and hiking with Wilma, his border terrier, and with his wife Hannah, who is also a vet.
We’re delighted to have Stuart joining us and know that his experience, knowledge and caring approach will be a great addition to the practice. We can’t wait for our clients and patients to get to know him.
