Now it’s cooler again the field is busier, we’ve discovered that occasionally two people are trying to book the same slot at almost exactly the same time. Your bank may show the payment as pending, but only one booking actually completes…

No confirmation email = No booking

So please call us straight away and we can check it for you, find you an appointment that suits and capture or release your payment ❤️

A little thank you where a BIG thank you is due! 🐾🌱

We honestly can’t believe we’ve been open for over half a year already! 😱🐾 Where has that time gone?!

Looking back at how far the field has come, it seems like the perfect time to say another huge THANK YOU to West Northamptonshire Council for the support we received through the Rural England Prosperity Fund.

Their part-funding helped us turn a slightly bonkers idea and an empty field into the safe, secure space you’re all enjoying today. 🐶💚

So from me, the dogs, and all the four-legged visitors who’ve run, sniffed, zoomed and generally had a fabulous time here over the last six months…

To the poor soul who clearly had a VERY bad start to his day… unfortunately, when leaving your emergency pit stop this morning you were caught on CCTV. 👀

Having subsequently discovered your shorts, pants AND socks in the hedge. I’m prepared to accept that things had gone catastrophically wrong 💩😅💩 !

So, rather than adding to what has clearly already been a truly messy day, how about an anonymous donation to the field owners, the Margaret Welsh Charity (Registered Charity No. 309733) and we’ll call it quits? 🐾❤️

And ladies… if your husband appeared on your Ring doorbell this morning wearing nothing but work boots and a T-shirt , with a toolbox strategically covering his privates… perhaps give him a little nudge. 😂😂😂

Secure fields aren’t just for building dogs’ confidence… 🐾❤️

When Zach first met KitKat and Suzie, he was absolutely petrified of them .

After spending one day with a lovely Labrador who just kept retuning the ball 🥎 he started to build some trust.

A few sessions in the secure field with Suzie followed, where he could take everything at his own pace. At first he was hiding behind me… but little by little, his confidence grew.

Fast-forward to now… and Zach, KitKat, Suzie & Remi are best friends!!

We talk a lot about secure fields being brilliant for nervous, anxious or reactive dogs — but sometimes it’s the humans who need a safe space too.

No unexpected dogs, plenty of room and absolutely no pressure!
