I’m try to trace a cold caller in Kilsyth today who was threatening towards a frail and elderly client. I believe he handed some people leaflets offering to do garden work. Any information would be appreciated. This man caused mild vandalism to her door and caused alarm and I would like to dissuade him from returning or repeating this behaviour.

This is not dog walking. Hiring a field and walking 10 dogs around in a circle is not enjoyable for the dog and prisoners get treated better. I see a guy in Kirkintilloch every afternoon doing this. He looks bored. The dogs look fed up and I’m sure the dog and owners deserve a better service.
